These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions under which PPOONN STUDIO ("we" or "us") provides the mobile application "Moonjot" ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
The App is a one-line journaling application that connects with the moon's phases and weather. It offers features such as AI-generated short messages tailored to the moon phase, looking back at past entries, and reminder notifications.
You are responsible for the device and connectivity (including data charges) required to use the App. Some features (weather retrieval, AI-generated messages) require an internet connection.
You must not:
Diary text and other data you input in the App is, in principle, stored on your device. When using the AI "Tonight's Words" feature, the input is temporarily sent to Google's Gemini API. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for managing the content you input.
The "Tonight's Words" feature generates text using Google's Gemini API. AI-generated text is not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate. Please use generated text only as reference, and do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and the content within it (programs, design, text, images, logos, etc.) belong to us or to lawful right holders.
The copyright in diary text you author within the App belongs to you.
We may change the content of the App or terminate the service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damage to users arising from such changes or termination.
We may amend these Terms without prior notice when we deem it necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on this page.
These Terms are interpreted under Japanese law. Any dispute between us and a user related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over our location, as the court of first instance.

本規約は、PPOONN STUDIO（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション「Moonjot（ムーンジョット）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、月の満ち欠け・天気と連動した一言日記を記録できるアプリケーションです。月齢に応じた AI による短い言葉の生成、過去日記の振り返り、リマインダー通知などの機能を提供します。
本アプリの利用にあたり必要となる端末・通信環境（インターネット接続料金等）は、ユーザーの負担となります。本アプリの一部機能（天気取得、AI による言葉の生成）はインターネット接続を必要とします。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
本アプリでユーザーが入力する日記本文等のデータは、原則としてユーザーの端末内に保存されます。AI による「今夜の言葉」生成機能を利用する際には、入力内容が一時的に Google Gemini API に送信されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
ユーザーは、自身が入力した内容について、自らの責任で管理するものとします。
本アプリの「今夜の言葉」機能は、Google が提供する Gemini API を利用して文章を生成します。AI が生成する文章は、内容の正確性・適切性を保証するものではありません。生成された文章は参考情報としてご利用いただき、医療・法律・金融等の専門的判断には用いないでください。
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるすべてのコンテンツ（プログラム、デザイン、テキスト、画像、ロゴ等）の著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
ユーザーが本アプリ内で作成した日記本文の著作権は、ユーザー本人に帰属します。
当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更または提供を終了することができるものとします。これによりユーザーに損害が生じた場合でも、当方は責任を負わないものとします。
当方は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本アプリに関連して当方とユーザーとの間に紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
