本プライバシーポリシーは、PPOONN STUDIO（以下「当方」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「レシパ」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いを定めます。
食材・レシピなどの基本データは端末内に保存されます。クラウドバックアップ、ファミリー共有、AI、広告などのオンライン機能を利用した場合は、その機能に必要なデータが外部サービスへ送信されます。
1. 取り扱う情報
利用者が登録するデータ
食材・在庫・期限・最低数量、カテゴリ、レシピ・メモ・画像・参考URL、買い物メモ、調理・購入履歴、献立予定、通知・単位・言語・テーマ等の設定を取り扱います。
アカウント・ファミリー機能の情報
Firebaseの利用者識別子、ログイン方法に応じて提供される表示名・メールアドレス等、ファミリーID、メンバー情報、招待に必要な情報を取り扱うことがあります。ログインせず匿名認証のまま基本機能を利用することもできます。
購入・広告・利用状況・不具合の情報
サブスクリプションの購入状態、広告識別子・同意状態、端末やアプリの情報、機能の利用状況、クラッシュログや診断情報を取り扱うことがあります。決済情報そのものはAppleまたはGoogleが管理し、当方は保持しません。
2. 保存先とオンライン機能
- 端末保存：基本データは端末内に保存されます。
- クラウドバックアップ：利用者がこの機能を使用した場合、食材、レシピ、履歴、献立、買い物メモ、設定等をFirebase Cloud Firestoreへ保存します。
- ファミリー共有：利用者がファミリーを作成または参加した場合、対応する食材、レシピ、履歴、献立、買い物メモ等をメンバー間で同期します。共有されたデータは同じファミリーのメンバーが閲覧・変更できる場合があります。
- AI・取込み機能：機能に応じて、料理名、食材名、登録レシピ名、最近の調理情報、希望条件、画像、URLおよびURL先から抽出した文章等を、Cloud Functionsを経由してGoogle Geminiへ送信します。アカウントの表示名やメールアドレスをAIへの入力へ意図的に含めません。
- みんなのデータベース：利用者が共有設定を有効にした場合、料理名と食材情報を共同データベースへ登録することがあります。
3. 利用目的
- 在庫管理、レシピ、買い物、献立、バックアップ、共有、AI提案等の機能を提供するため
- サブスクリプションの権利を確認し、有料機能を提供するため
- 広告を表示し、必要な同意を管理するため
- 利用状況の分析、品質改善、不具合調査、不正利用防止のため
- お問い合わせへの対応および重要なお知らせのため
4. 外部サービス
本アプリは、Google Firebase（Authentication、App Check、Cloud Firestore、Cloud Functions、Analytics、Crashlytics）、Google Gemini、Google AdMobおよびUMP、RevenueCat、Apple App Store／Sign in with Apple、Google Play／Google Sign-Inを利用します。各サービスに送信された情報は、各提供者の規約およびプライバシーポリシーに基づき取り扱われます。
5. 第三者への提供
当方は、機能提供に必要な委託・送信、利用者の同意がある場合、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産を保護するために必要な場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者へ提供しません。
6. 保存期間と削除
端末内データは、利用者が削除するか本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。クラウド上の情報は、各機能の提供および不正利用防止に必要な期間保存されます。設定画面からサインアウト、ファミリーからの退出・解散、アカウント削除を行えます。アカウント削除後、対象アカウントに紐づくサーバーデータはバックグラウンド処理により削除されます。ただし、法令上の義務、セキュリティ、紛争対応等のため必要な情報を一定期間保持する場合があります。
7. 利用者による選択
端末の設定またはアプリ内の設定から、広告の同意（対象地域のみ）、通知権限、クラウド機能、ファミリー共有、共同データベースへの共有等を管理できます。データのエクスポート・インポート機能も提供しています。
8. 安全管理
当方は、利用者情報の漏えい、滅失、改ざん、不正アクセス等を防ぐため、合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の通信や保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
9. 子どもの利用
未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得てください。当方が保護者の同意なく子どもの個人情報を取得したことが判明した場合は、適切に対応します。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
法令や本アプリの機能変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、本ページまたはアプリ内の適切な方法でお知らせします。

This Privacy Policy explains how PPOONN STUDIO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Recipa mobile application (the “App”).
Core data such as ingredients and recipes is stored on your device. When you use online features such as cloud backup, family sharing, AI, or advertising, data required for that feature is transmitted to external services.
1. Information We Handle
Information you enter
We handle ingredients, inventory, expiration dates, minimum quantities, categories, recipes, notes, images, reference URLs, shopping notes, cooking and purchase history, planned meals, and settings such as notifications, units, language, and theme.
Account and Family information
We may handle your Firebase user identifier, display name, email address and provider information made available through your chosen sign-in method, family ID, member information, and invitation information. You may also use core features without signing in to a provider, through anonymous authentication.
Purchase, advertising, usage, and diagnostic information
We may handle subscription entitlement status, advertising identifiers and consent choices, device and app information, feature usage, crash logs, and diagnostics. Payment details are managed by Apple or Google and are not retained by us.
2. Storage and Online Features
- On-device storage: Core data is stored on your device.
- Cloud backup: If you use this feature, ingredients, recipes, history, meal plans, shopping notes, settings, and related data are stored in Firebase Cloud Firestore.
- Family sharing: If you create or join a family, supported ingredients, recipes, history, meal plans, shopping notes, and related data are synchronized among members. Family members may be able to view and modify shared data.
- AI and import features: Depending on the feature, dish names, ingredient names, saved recipe names, recent cooking information, preferences, images, URLs, and text extracted from linked pages are sent to Google Gemini through Cloud Functions. We do not intentionally include your account display name or email address in AI input.
- Community database: If you enable sharing, dish names and ingredient information may be submitted to a shared database.
3. Purposes of Use
- To provide inventory, recipe, shopping, meal planning, backup, sharing, and AI features
- To verify subscriptions and provide paid features
- To display advertising and manage required consent
- To analyze usage, improve quality, investigate errors, and prevent abuse
- To respond to inquiries and provide important notices
4. External Services
The App uses Google Firebase (Authentication, App Check, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Analytics, and Crashlytics), Google Gemini, Google AdMob and UMP, RevenueCat, Apple App Store / Sign in with Apple, and Google Play / Google Sign-In. Information transmitted to these providers is handled under their respective terms and privacy policies.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not disclose user information to third parties except where necessary to provide a requested feature, with your consent, as required by law, or where necessary to protect life, safety, or property.
6. Retention and Deletion
On-device data remains until you delete it or remove the App. Cloud information is retained for as long as necessary to provide features and prevent abuse. Settings include options to sign out, leave or dissolve a family, and delete your account. After account deletion, server data associated with that account is removed through a background process. We may retain information where required for legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
7. Your Choices
You can manage advertising consent (where applicable), notification permission, cloud features, family sharing, and community database sharing through device or in-app settings. The App also provides data export and import features.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, alteration, unauthorized access, and disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
Minors should obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required. If we learn that we collected a child's personal information without required parental consent, we will take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy as laws or App features change. Material changes will be announced on this page or through an appropriate in-app method.
