この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、kazuki kagawa（以下「当方」といいます。）が提供するスマートフォン向けアプリケーション「レシぱ」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the smartphone application "Recipa" ("App") provided by kazuki kagawa ("we," "us," or "our").
本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
本アプリは、食材管理、レシピ提案、買い物リスト作成、調理記録などの機能を提供するキッチン管理アプリケーションです。一部の機能は有料のプレミアムプラン（サブスクリプション）でのみ利用できます。
The App is a kitchen management application that provides features such as ingredient management, recipe suggestions, shopping list creation, and cooking records. Some features are available only through the paid Premium Plan (subscription).
(1) プレミアムプランは自動更新のサブスクリプションです。
(2) 購入はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeを通じて行われ、各ストアの利用規約が適用されます。
(3) サブスクリプションは現在の期間終了日の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
(4) 購入後の管理やキャンセルは、お使いの端末の設定から行うことができます。
(5) 無料トライアル期間がある場合、トライアル期間終了時に自動的に有料サブスクリプションに移行します。
(1) The Premium Plan is an auto-renewing subscription.
(2) Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the respective store's terms apply.
(3) Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
(4) You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings.
(5) If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
Users must not:
(1) 当方は、本アプリの機能が利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、期待する結果を生じさせることを保証しません。
(2) AIによるレシピ提案や献立プランは参考情報であり、アレルギーや健康上の問題については利用者自身の判断と責任で対応してください。
(3) 当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方の故意または重大な過失がない限り、一切の責任を負いません。
(1) We do not guarantee that the App's features will meet your specific needs or produce expected results.
(2) AI recipe suggestions and meal plans are for reference only. Users are responsible for addressing allergies and health concerns.
(3) We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

当方は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.
本規約は、法令の変更やサービスの改善に伴い、事前の予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect upon posting on this page.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本規約に関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
