Limited Reversi — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how PPOONN STUDIO (the "Operator", "we", "us") handles user information in the mobile application "Limited Reversi" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all user information that we obtain and use in connection with your use of the App. If you navigate from the App to any external site or third-party service, the handling of information on that destination is governed by the privacy policy of that service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Automatically collected

• Advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID): the device-level advertising ID, used for ad delivery and measurement.
• Device information: OS version, device model, language, App version, etc.
• Usage data: anonymous events such as launches, tutorial completion, game start/end and results, screen transitions, and approximate session duration.
• Crash information: timestamp and minimal logs when the App terminates abnormally.

2.2 Provided by the user

• When you sign in with Google: your Google account email, display name, profile picture URL, and unique ID (UID).
• When you play online matches: the nickname you enter, matchmaking information, and game progress data (board state, hand inventory, timestamps, etc.).
• When you make an in-app purchase: purchase tokens, transaction IDs, etc. We do not receive credit card numbers or payment details; payments are processed by Apple, Google, and their payment providers.

2.3 Stored only on your device (not transmitted)

• Tutorial completion state, game history, win streak, season info, daily challenge progress
• AI difficulty, theme, display language, SFX/BGM volume, reminder settings
• Saved game state, favorite decks
• Frequency counters for review prompts and ad display

These items are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to our servers or any third party. They are deleted when you uninstall the App.

3. Purposes of Use

• Providing, operating, improving, and planning new features of the App
• Statistical analysis of usage (in an aggregated, non-identifying form)
• Ad delivery and ad optimization (personalization can be controlled via your device settings)
• Management of in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads)
• Matchmaking, progress management, and abuse prevention for online matches
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving the stability of the App (crash analysis)

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services and transmits the necessary data to each of them.

5. Data Handling & Security

• All communication with third-party services is encrypted via HTTPS (TLS).
• Sensitive items such as authentication tokens are stored in OS-native secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
• Locally stored data is protected by the standard app sandboxing and encryption mechanisms of each OS.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose user information to third parties except in the following cases:

• When required or permitted by law, or in response to a lawful request from authorities
• When you have given your consent
• To the extent described in Section 4 ("Third-Party Services"), processed via the corresponding service

7. Advertising

• The App displays banner ads and post-game video ads via Google AdMob.
• Ad content is restricted to MaxAdContentRating.g (general audience).
• You can control personalized advertising via your device settings (iOS "Allow Tracking", Android "Reset advertising ID / Opt out").
• Purchasing the in-app "Remove Ads" option will stop ads from being shown in the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children, and we restrict the audience for advertising to a general-audience rating. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child, we will delete such information promptly.

9. Deleting or Suspending Your Data

• Local data: deleted when you uninstall the App from your device.
• Google Sign-In information: sign out within the App, or revoke the App's permission from your Google account, to suspend its use.
• Online match data: deleted in due course after a match ends. For individual deletion requests, please contact us via Section 12.
• In-app purchase records: tied to your Apple / Google account; we are unable to delete them on our side.
• Advertising identifier (IDFA / AAID): can be reset from your device settings.

10. Retention

• Firebase Analytics usage data is automatically deleted after Google's standard retention period (up to 14 months).
• Authentication and purchase information is retained for the lifetime of the corresponding account or as long as necessary to provide the feature.
• Online match progress data is deleted after the operationally necessary period following the end of a match.
• Local data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or reset it from within the App.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time as laws and the App's features change. Revised versions will be posted on this page and take effect on the date shown as the last updated date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through in-app notices or other means.
